January 21-24, 2008

ECSU™ will be in Scottsdale, Arizona during these dates.

As a teenager, I used to spend many of my Spring Breaks in Scottsdale and visit the PV (Paradise Valley) Mall, Sedona, Slide Rock, Jerome, ASU, lots of other places, and just have tons of fun overall. As an adult, I want to visit the spa they have at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch.

Danette and I will be getting into Scottsdale a couple of days early and staying for a few extra days after the seminar, so if you can't make it to the seminar, but would like to set up a consultation to discuss any topics specific to your business, email us at info@ecsuniversitytraining.com to schedule a day and time. All consultations will need to be pre-paid and the cost for the Scottsdale consultations are $125 per hour or $75 per half hour. I would take advantage of these as my consultation prices will be going up in 2008.

If you would like to see what the agenda is, as well as the price for 4 days, 2 days, and 2 day, and any other details, visit www.ecsuniversitytraining.com for more information.

Don't miss out on Friday!

Have you been listening to Errand Guru Talk Radio? If not, go back and listen to our 4 Las Vegas preview calls as we discussed what will be covered at our ECSU™ seminars as well as why ECSU™ was started. Join us this Friday, October 19, 2007, as we reveal a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT to our listeners. You definitely don't want to miss it. We will be revealing a way that...Oops! We almost let it out of the bag. Sorry, but we are just so excited that we can hardly contain ourselves. Join us Friday at 10:00 a.m. PDT/1:00 p.m. EDT.

Wednesday, October 10, 2007

Are you waiting until the last minute?

I hope you are not one of those who procrastinates because then you will miss out on some great information. ECSU™ is coming to Las Vegas in November. We won't be back there until December 2008. $700 may seem like a big investment, but it really isn't. You will be receiving TONS of information that you can not only immediately implement, but that you will be able to go back to over and over.

If you can't afford all four days, then join us for just a day or two. The cost for two days is $400 and the cost for one day is $200. You will still take away the information you need from our seminars and we will make sure your bellies are full and that all of your questions are answered.

So, what are you waiting for?

It's finally ready!

The new website is finally up and working! I know it has taken longer than expected, but I am no web designer, so it took a while for me to do all of the coding. I hope that you like it and that you can find a date to visit Danette and I during 2007 or 2008. The website address is http://www.ecsuniversitytraining.com. Let us know what you think of it.

New website for ECSU

We have a new website that should be up and running by next week. We hope you can take a look at it at your convenience. The new website is www.ecsuniversitytraining.com. There you will see that we have changed our training days from Tuesday through Friday to Monday through Thursday. In addition you will be able to see the locations of our upcoming seminars for the rest of 2007 as well as 2008. We are also excited to announce that each day will cover a specific target area of the industry. If you can't attend all four days, you will still be able to attend for one or two days by checking out which target areas coincide with what your needs are. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming seminars!

Trainer Announcement

We appreciate the time that Michelle Moore has spent as a part of our ECSU team this year, but she will no longer be a trainer for us. We will continue to provide our attendees with the same wonderful information we have always provided and will now have guest speakers from time to time at our various ECSU Boot Camps.

Angel Wilder and Danette Moss

Don't miss out!

There are only 6 seats left for our Santa Clara boot camp!!! After that you only have three more chances this year to catch one of our boot camps: Disneyland®, Las Vegas, and Chicago. Then you have to wait until next year to try and join us at one of our other locations. If you don't have the funds to join us this year, why not save them up so that you can join us on our cruise next May to the Western Caribbean. Contact us at training@ecs-university.com for more information about your deposit for the cruise.

Is a live event for you?

Here are 4 reasons why attending live events is one of the BEST ways to advance your business forward:

1. You are completely immersing yourself in your subject matter.

If you have ever taken a Spanish course in college, the teacher spends the majority of their time communicating with the students only in that language and having them practice in a lab or out on the street so that they can progress faster in the class. If you have to grasp the language in order to follow along with the teacher and the other students, then you are able to retain that information for a much longer time.

Sure each of your ECSU™ trainers has purchased books, CD's, online merchandise, and other products to learn about different subjects, but is NOT the same as going to a location where you can spend several days away from the everyday things and completely focus on learning new strategies to improve your business.

2. People who understand what you do.

Although you may have family and friends who are supportive of you and some of you know friends and family who aren't supportive of your venture, they don't understand what you are trying to do and can only offer limited advice.

It is a great feeling walking into a conference or seminar and realizing that the people there understand exactly what you are trying to do. It is so much easier to exchange ideas, share resources, and mentor each other, when you are all in the same frame of mind.

3. What a fun way to earn a tax write off!

Of course you get to socialize and network and enjoy your time there, but because the majority of your time is spent learning about how to get your business going or improve it, you get to deduct this trip. This also gives you a chance to visit new places or get reacquainted with familiar places.

4. Access to the "gurus" in person.

You will usually find that the speakers at these events are very accessible. Whether it is catching them in the lobby, hallways, or before or after the event, you have that chance to ask them a question you may have had or discuss a point they brought up during their presentation. Normally, if you are at your home or office, you have to pay for their consultation time, but if you are at the event and you are able to chat with them in person, the cost is priceless.

Although you may be physically and/or mentally exhausted from those intense days of knowledge gathering, you'll go home with more energy and enthusiasm toward your business than ever before. Trust us, even as experts we are just as refreshed towards our businesses after learning new things.

ECSU™ Concierge Boot Camp Sneak Previews

If you have been wondering what Concierge Online and ECSU™ is all about, then you will not want to miss the next three Internet radio shows that will take place on You Ask, We Answer. Why? Because these shows are sneak previews of what we will reveal during our 4 hour Concierge Online sessions and our 4 day ECSU™ Concierge Boot Camps. We will be providing information regarding different topics that are important to those in the errand and concierge industry. Of course we could hoard the information on how to create a successful errand or concierge service to ourselves, but there is plenty of room for everyone in this industry. We want to help you get started on your way to your own successful business.

Those that call into the radio show will be a part of some special information we will reveal during that time. The call in number is (646) 478-4838. You can also listen to the show on the Internet at You Talk, We Answer Radio

Can I share something with you?

During one of the days I was attending a previous industry conference there was a session that was just about to start. For some reason I can’t explain I decided to sit in on it. Towards the middle of the session we were going around the room discussing how we got started. As we came to this one woman, she started to tell us about her sick dad that had been in the hospital. As she was visiting one day she came across the June 2006 issue of Parents magazine, the same one I was featured in.

All of a sudden she broke down and started to cry. She definitely had the attention of the room, especially mine. She said that after reading my article that she was inspired by my story to get out and start her own business and I was the specific reason that she had decided to attend that conference.

As I had a whole room of people staring at me, including the speaker, I could not find any words to say. I was touched by the fact that I was able to change someone’s life in that way. I also found out at the same conference that there were others who had shown up because of me and what I had said in that magazine article.

I have to admit that it was a little bit embarrassing having all of that attention thrown on me, but on the other hand I was happy that I was able to help someone out. This has been my whole purpose in traveling around the country with ECSU™. Although I enjoy getting out there and running errands for my clients, my passion is sharing what I have learned over the years with others.

What better way to share with others than to give of yourself. I give you my hints, tips, advice, good, bad, and ugly experiences, and everything else I can during my time I share with you at the ECSU™ Concierge Boot Camp and Michelle and Danette have amazing information of their own to share. I have to admit that I enjoy sitting in on their sessions, even though I am a trainer, because I always learn something new from them.

Can I share something else with you? Our price of $700 for 4 days is so low, that I have other trainers and consultants in different industries that I talk with tell me that I am practically giving my information away for free. It's true, but I don't care. I enjoy getting out there and meeting you and hearing your stories. So share this with someone you know and reserve YOUR seat NOW!

Alert the media!

The time has come for us to share the good news with you. (Drum roll please) ECSU™ is now offering Concierge Boot Camps. (Man, we never thought we would be able to keep that secret from you! Let us tell you, it was quite hard not to let it slip.)

We are also excited to share some more good news for you. We are offering our four day Boot Camps for $700. You receive breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks all four days, one attendee dinner, a copy of Angel's best selling book Starting Your Own Errand or Concierge Service, a Boot Camp binder filled with worksheets and handouts, a Certificate of Participation, and a Graduate Logo for your website and marketing materials. In addition we have a few more goodies to hand out to you when you arrive, but they are top secret and will only be made available to our attendees.

You will definitely get your money's worth and more because we have been told that for the amount of information we will be sharing with you that we should be charging at least 3 times that amount and that we are nuts for trying to offer this experience to you for such a low price. We love what we do and sharing how we did it and continue to do it is worth making it affordable for everyone.

If you can't join us for all four days, you can still join us for one day for $200 or two days for $400.

Enlist in one of our Boot Camps NOW!

Early bird rate has been extended!

From now through the end of 2007, you can join us at any one of our ECSU™ seminars for our early bird rate of $900. If you can't pay the whole amount upfront, you can make 3 equal payments of $300.

We know what you you are thinking, "That sounds great, but there are other industry seminars, conferences, and workshops out there. Why should I choose yours?" The purpose of our ECSU™ seminars is to take some fundamental concepts and specific techniques and transfer that experience to you. With three trainers who continue to own and operate successful errand and concierge services, that experience continues to be updated on a daily basis.

We also want your experience with us to be fun, so we have a few surprises for you when you arrive. The attendees dinners as well as the networking cocktail parties are going to take place at some fun locations, and you will receive the chance to participate in some hands on training. We are there to give you our undivided attention as well as answer any and all questions you may have.

Did we also mention that Angel is so excited to meet many of you that she is driving us nuts because she can't stop talking about ECSU™ all of the time? Please reserve your seat NOW so we can get some peace and quiet!

Join the Rose Ceremony Game yourself and you could win one of the goodie bags as well. Be sure to watch Monday night so that you can see the pink robes that she donated to the show.
